Sometimes life gets the better of us and we are swamped in our thoughts, unable to find a clear way forward. We want to make changes but find ourselves unable to get out of our rut. Please do not continue to struggle alone, a few counselling sessions can increase your confidence and purpose to help you implement those changes that help you move forward.

An Integrative counsellor, BA (Hons) Counselling and Therapeutic Practice undergraduate and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working within a Pluralistic framework, I offer counselling face to face in our meeting rooms or *ONLINE in the comfort and security from your home. As you are the expert on you, together drawing on various counselling modalities we will develop bespoke strategies, that work for you to achieve what you seek from counselling.

*ONLINE: The process is remarkably straight forward, using secure Zoom sessions accessed by clicking a link sent to you via email. However, to work confidentially, you must have a private space where you can be alone and cannot be overheard. If you have mobility issues or are not comfortable getting out in the ‘new normal’ environment, ONLINE counselling may work very well for you. It is also a very convenient medium for all to access counselling.

I am available for face to face and online sessions between 09:15-19:00 on Wednesdays.
