The way that I work is firstly to listen to your story, ask questions and together we explore what life means for you. As a CBT therapist I incorporate a range of techniques from my training and experience to empower you to create lasting change.

Prior to re-training as a CBT psychotherapist I was a learning and development specialist, so supporting others has always been at the heart of whatever I’ve done. My own life experience and therapy journey have brought me to this work and the techniques and recommendations we might use are things I have done or continue to do in my day-to-day life.
I am available on Tuesdays 09:15-15:15 online and face to face .
